I'm an instructional designer, instructional technologist, multimedia developer, technical writer, trainer, and eLearning project manager. But how can one person do so much? By working a multitude of contracts during economic downtimes, I accelerated my learning curve in the practice of instructional design, and I strengthened my business acumen for managing multiple projects by using all my skills collaboratively. The exposure to different organizations, industries, and work cultures gave me the ability to adapt, be flexible, and appreciate that one size doesn't always fit all.
